Terms of use

• You must be the same person who booked the tour.
• Minors need to be accompanied by an adult.
• Reservation is first come first serve. Please note your request may not be fullfilled.
• You may not be able to complete reservation due to over capacity.
• Drinking and driving and consumption of alcohol by minors is strictly prohibited by Japanese law. Drivers will only be served non-alcohol beverage.
• Production line is closed on Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays. The production line may be closed on weekdays due to maintenance.
• Please come to reception on time or you may not be able to enter.
• You cannot change resevertion. Please cancel your booking first and book a tour again.
• Brewery will be closed due to typhoon or any emergency situation. We will inform you by email. Also, please check our website.
• Please follow the instructions given by the staff or guides.
• We do not take any responsibilites for any car accidents, injuries, or thaft in the brewery and the parking lot.

• The private information on your application will not be used without your permission.
