この仕事の主な内容

As the tour guide at the Orion Happy Park, S/he will be actively involved in tasks such as handling tour reservations, guiding visitors through the facility, and serving fresh Orion beer.

-Handle tour reservations at the facility (including phone reservations and simple web-based questions)
-Guiding visitors at the factory tour facility 30 min per tour
-Serving beer during tastings (pouring Orion beer from the beer server)
Other tasks (such as proposing decorations and displays)

必要な経験・資質MUST
●Have or be able to aquire work visa to work.
●N1-2 level of Japanese level
●Commute to Orion Happy Park

WANT
●Customer Service Skills: Ability to interact politely and professionally with visitors, answer questions, and handle any concerns.

●Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal communication is crucial for guiding tours and explaining complex information in an engaging manner.

●Language Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages can be a significant advantage, especially if the facility attracts international visitors.

●Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for visitors.
待遇・福利厚生等●Salary info
Monthly: 155,000/yen per month
Meal Allowance: 3,600/yen per month (for full time worker)
Overtime Allowance: Applicable　
Bonus: 30,000yen each in July and Dec (Prorate)
Commutation Allowance: Applicable from 2km+

●Hours: Based on Shift
①8:30～17:00　（7.5H work, recess 1H）
②9:00～17:30 （7.5H work, recess 1H）


●Working days　
5days per week ※Negotiable

●Holidays
8 days per months or based on the contract.
Sunday and Monday are a holiday since OHP is closed.

●Contract
6-month contract based on performance. (renewable)
Initial contract will be up to March 31, 2025.

●Social insurance, Workers insurance applicable. Uniform provided.
